These Terms govern your use of Volley Clips AI, a public beta for reviewing beach and grass volleyball video. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login information secure, and using only accounts you are authorized to use. Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Your videos and permissions
You must own the videos you upload or have permission to upload, process, store, share, and publish them and their resulting clips or other outputs.
Volleyball videos may include teammates, opponents, coaches, spectators, and minors. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions, notices, or consents that may be required, including permission from a parent or guardian when appropriate.
You keep ownership of your content. You give Volley Clips AI the limited rights needed to host, copy, process, and deliver your content and the outputs you request while providing the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use Volley Clips AI for illegal, abusive, exploitative, defamatory, infringing, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content or activity. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, evade reasonable limits, or use the service to harm others.
We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or create a security, legal, or safety risk.
Video processing and outputs
Volley Clips AI uses automated processing to identify rallies and create film-review outputs. Automated results may not always be complete or accurate. You should review videos, clips, scores, highlights, and other outputs before relying on, sharing, or publishing them.
Volley Clips AI currently supports beach and grass volleyball. Indoor volleyball is not currently represented as a supported format.
You are responsible for deciding how and where to share or publish your videos and outputs.
Membership, trial, and billing
Volley Clips AI membership is $9.99 per month.
Eligible new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to begin the trial, but no subscription charge is collected during those seven days. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews at $9.99 per month until canceled.
If you cancel during the trial, you keep access through the end of the trial and are not charged the first $9.99 subscription payment. If you cancel an active paid subscription, access continues through the end of the current paid period shown in your Billing page.
We may occasionally provide promotional trials, complimentary access, or other offers with different eligibility or duration. Any different terms will be shown when the offer is provided.
Payments and subscription management are handled through Stripe. Canceling or deleting your account does not automatically create a prorated refund. Contact Support with billing or refund questions.
Beta availability and limits
Volley Clips AI is a beta service. Features, supported formats, processing methods, prices, and availability may change as the product develops. The service may occasionally be unavailable or interrupted.
We may apply reasonable limits to uploads, storage, processing, file formats, or concurrent work to protect the service and keep it reliable for users.
Optional third-party services
If you choose to use an optional third-party integration, such as Google Drive or YouTube, the applicable third party's terms and privacy policies may also apply. By using YouTube export, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Ending access
You may stop using Volley Clips AI at any time and can request account deletion through your account settings.
We may suspend or end access for a material violation of these Terms, abuse, nonpayment, security risk, or legal obligation. Some limited records may remain where reasonably necessary for billing, security, legal, or audit purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
Copyright and takedown requests
If you believe content processed or stored through Volley Clips AI infringes your copyright or another right, email [email protected] with enough detail to identify the material, explain the issue, and tell us how to contact you.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as Volley Clips AI changes. We will post the current version here, update the date above, and communicate material changes when appropriate.
