Volley Clips AI helps beach and grass volleyball players, coaches, and teams turn recorded volleyball video into rally-only film, clips, highlights, and reels. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using Volley Clips AI.
Information we collect
Account and contact information. We collect information you provide when creating and using an account, such as your email address, email-verification status, policy acceptance, and messages you send to Support.
Videos and content. We process the volleyball videos you upload or import and the content created from them, including rally-only videos, clips, highlights, reels, thumbnails, scores, framing choices, and related processing information.
Usage and security information. Like most online services, we receive information such as IP address, browser or device information, cookies, request and error logs, and signals used to secure accounts and prevent abuse.
Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. We receive and retain the account, subscription, payment-status, and transaction information needed to provide access and support billing.
How we use information
We use information to:
- provide and operate Volley Clips AI;
- create and secure your account;
- upload, process, store, play, and download your volleyball videos and results;
- provide optional connected services you choose to use;
- manage subscriptions and billing;
- communicate with you about your account or the service;
- respond to support requests;
- troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and protect the service; and
- comply with legal obligations where applicable.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted third-party service providers to help us host and secure the service, store and process video, send email, process payments, and operate optional integrations. These providers receive information only as needed to provide their services to Volley Clips AI.
Your videos and library are private to your account by default. You should only share videos or links with people you intend to give access to.
Google Drive and YouTube
Google Drive import and YouTube export are optional features. If you choose to connect a Google service, we use the access you authorize only to provide the feature you requested, such as importing a selected video or exporting a selected video to your YouTube channel.
Selected Google Drive video data may be provided to AWS, Cloudflare, and Modal solely as necessary for hosting and security, private media storage and delivery, and user-requested video processing. When you request a YouTube export, we share the selected video and the title, description, and visibility you choose with Google/YouTube solely to complete the export. We do not otherwise transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties, and we do not sell it or share it for advertising, data brokerage, lending, or generalized AI or machine-learning training.
Volley Clips AI uses YouTube API Services to provide the optional YouTube export feature.
We do not use a Google connection to browse unrelated files or content. You can disconnect a connected service when the product provides that option, and account deletion removes the associated connection credentials from Volley Clips AI.
In addition to disconnecting through Volley Clips AI or deleting your account, you can revoke our access to your Google data through Google's security settings permissions page.
Use of Google services is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy and other applicable Google terms.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and library information for as long as needed to provide the service and operate your account.
Original source videos may be removed after processing once the outputs needed for your library have been created. Your saved library content generally remains until you delete it or delete your account.
You can delete individual videos and can request account deletion from your account settings. When you delete your account, we remove your account and customer content from our active systems as part of the deletion process. Some limited information may remain for a period of time in backups or where reasonably necessary for billing, security, fraud and abuse prevention, legal obligations, or audit purposes.
Model training
We do not use customer videos or other customer content to train or improve our models unless you explicitly agree to it.
Our custom video-analysis models are privately developed, trained, and owned by Volley Clips AI using our own training data. If we ever want to use customer content for model training or improvement, we will ask for clear permission first.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect accounts and customer content. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or videos have been accessed improperly, please contact us.
Your choices and questions
You can manage or delete content through the product and can request account deletion from your account settings. For privacy questions, support requests, or security concerns, contact [email protected].
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Volley Clips AI changes. We will post the current version here, update the date above, and communicate material changes when appropriate.
